Enjoy the winery in a whole new way. Filled with lights, the winery is a gorgeous backdrop for all special occasions, making holiday memories, or just a fun outing with friends. Each igloo is customized with a heating element, seating, blankets, and decorated for an experience to remember. Wines by the glass and bottle, as well as charcuterie boards (sweet and savory) are available for purchase. An outdoor firepit will be available. Join us for our annual wine grape picking party. You will join our winemakers in harvesting this year's crop of grapes from 8am-noon. You are also eligible to pre-purchase a future wine that will be made with the same grapes your are harvesting. This only happens once a year. Light breakfast will be provided. Spots are limited.

About the Chef: Joe Messina's culinary journey began in the Bronx, NYC, before moving to the Catskill Mountains at age 8. Surrounded by farms and wild game, he developed a passion for fine foods. At 14, he started in a resort kitchen, rising to chef by 18 at The Stone Ends, one of NY's top restaurants. He then founded Adventure In Food Trading Company, specializing in exotic offerings like caviar and wild game. Joe's entrepreneurial spirit led to a five-star winery and restaurant, focusing on organic produce and livestock. Later, he found TerraVox Winery, where he aims to cap his career with innovative culinary and winemaking practices.

Featured Vintages: 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013!

Caymus Vineyards is located in the center of the Napa Valley. Primary production is Cabernet Sauvignon grown on low-fertility soils on both the valley floor and the mountains that surround the valley. Attention to viticulture details, some dry farming, high-density plantings (with some blocks spaced as close as meter x meter), thinning of the yield, along with healthy vines and harvesting at an elevated degree of ripeness – all of these elements produce a unique and singular style of Cabernet.

While the wine has sufficient tannins and structure for long-term bottle aging, Caymus Cabernet is dark and concentrated, with ripe, luxurious, fruit-driven softness that shows from the day of release.
